How this list is ordered

1. Agents who have joined Keyva come before brokers who have not.
2. A licence date that DLD's register publishes, and that has not passed, comes before a listing with no current date.
3. Agents who answered at least 80% of at least 5 introductions within 24 hours come next, then agents we have not measured yet, then the rest.
4. Where you chose an area, agents who say they cover it come first.
5. Among agents we have measured, a higher share of introductions answered within 24 hours comes first.
6. Where everything above is equal, the order is fixed by an internal reference and says nothing about the agent.
7. Payment plays no part. Keyva does not sell places in this list.
