Use Keyva in ChatGPT
Add Keyva as a custom MCP server in ChatGPT. Your assistant gets direct access to property register data — median prices, rents, yields, developer track records, and broker licence checks — with every figure carrying its period and record count.
How to connect
- 1On the web, open ChatGPT Plugins (chatgpt.com/plugins).
- 2Select the plus button, then "Add custom MCP server".
- 3Enter a name (Keyva) and a short description.
- 4Under "Connection", enter the server URL:
https://www.keyva.ae/api/mcp - 5Authentication: none (Keyva needs no sign-in). Review the warning and select "I understand and want to continue".
- 6Select "Create as a plugin", and review the tools ChatGPT found (17, all read-only).
- 7In a new chat, type @ and pick Keyva.
Your ChatGPT account's or workspace's policies decide whether custom MCP servers can be added. Once Keyva is listed in ChatGPT's directory, this page will link there instead.
