Use Keyva in Claude

Connect Keyva to Claude or other AI apps using Model Context Protocol. Your assistant gets direct access to property register data — median prices, rents, yields, developer track records, and broker licence checks — with every figure carrying its period and record count.

How to connect

  1. 1In Claude Desktop, go to Settings → Developer → Edit Config.
  2. 2Add Keyva as a custom connector:
    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "keyva": {
          "url": "https://www.keyva.ae/api/mcp"
        }
      }
    }
  3. 3Restart Claude Desktop. Keyva's tools will appear in the MCP menu.

What data Keyva logs

Keyva counts tool calls per tool per day (no arguments, addresses, or user agents). Rate-limit addresses are held only as long as the rate limiter keeps them. Read the full privacy policy.

What you get

  • Median prices, not estimates. Every figure comes from registered sales or Ejari rent contracts — the same numbers the site shows, never re-derived.
  • Period and count with every figure. Your assistant sees what window a price covers and how many transactions it rests on, so it never quotes thin data as though it were robust.
  • Anonymous tier, same as the site. Results match what a signed-out visitor sees on keyva.ae — trimmed views on some tools apply here too.
