DLD's open-data portal: what each of the nine tabs holds

Keyva ResearchAugust 30, 2026

Dubai Land Department's open-data portal, read 9 October 2026, has nine search tabs: Transactions, Rents, Project, Valuations, Land, Building, Unit, Broker and Developer. Each tab has its own search form and its own download columns. The portal lists the columns but does not define them.

The portal says data for previous years is on data.dubai, an initiative by Digital Dubai.

Which tab holds sale prices?

Transactions. It holds registered sales, mortgages and gifts. A registered sale price is the amount recorded with DLD, not an asking price on a listing.

Keyva's price pages, such as /areas and /properties, are built from DLD's registered transactions.

Which tab holds rents?

Rents. It holds registered tenancy contracts, with the contract version marked new or renewal. It does not hold sale prices.

Rent increases at renewal are covered on Keyva's rent increase page.

Which tab lists projects and their status?

Project. Its download includes the project name, developer, escrow account number, project status, completion percentage, inspection date and completion date.

The status values listed on the portal are Freezed, Under Reviewing, Under Cancellation Decision, Cancelled, Finished, Active, Conditional Activating and Under Cancellation Notification (portal read 9 October 2026).

What is in Valuations?

Valuation records, with property total value, size, procedure number, date, amount and property type. The portal does not say who requested each valuation or how it was made.

What do Land, Building and Unit hold?

Land holds plot records, with a land type such as residential, agricultural, industrial or commercial. Building holds whole-building records, such as floors, flats, shops, elevators and built-up area. Unit holds single units, such as unit number, floor, room type, size, balcony area and parking.

Each Building and Unit record names its land number, project and area.

What do Broker and Developer hold?

Broker lists brokers with their licence start and end dates and their brokerage office. Developer lists developers with registration date, licence type, legal status and licence dates.

A broker or developer appearing in these lists does not show that a given project is registered. That is in the Project tab.

How can these be checked?

Keyva's listing checks page links to DLD's and RERA's own public checks. Keyva is independent and is not part of, or endorsed by, either body.
