Dubai Land Department sale prices: where to see them

Keyva TeamOctober 9, 2026

Dubai Land Department publishes registered sale transactions on its Real Estate Data page, with each sale's amount, date, area and project (page read 9 October 2026). Search results can be downloaded there as a CSV file.

A registered sale price is the amount recorded when a sale is registered with Dubai Land Department (DLD). It is not an asking price from an advert.

Where does DLD publish sale transactions?

On the Real Estate Data page in the open-data section of DLD's website (read 9 October 2026). The page has tabs for Transactions, Rents, Project, Valuations, Land, Building, Unit, Broker and Developer.

The Transactions tab asks for a from date and a to date. It then offers filters: transaction type (sales, mortgages or gifts), registration type (ready or off plan), freehold or not, area, usage and property type. The form includes a captcha field.

What does each record show?

The results table on that page, read 9 October 2026, has these columns:

  • transaction number, date, type and sub type;
  • registration type (ready or off plan) and whether the property is freehold;
  • usage, area, property type and sub type;
  • amount, transaction size and property size;
  • rooms and parking;
  • nearest metro, mall and landmark;
  • number of buyers and of sellers;
  • master project and project.

Sizes are in square metres. The column list has no unit number and no buyer or seller names.

Where is older data?

The Real Estate Data page says that for previous year data a visitor can go to data.dubai, "an initiative by Digital Dubai" (read 9 October 2026). On that day its link opened the data.dubai home page. That page listed a Dubai Land Department dataset called Residential Properties Sale Index, marked Open.

Can I see prices in the Dubai REST app?

Dubai REST is DLD's smart real estate platform, offered as an app. DLD's page about the app says it offers a rental index and a sale index "in different periods" (read 9 October 2026). It also says owners see information about their own properties through a real estate wallet.

That page is a description of the app. Keyva did not open the app.

What do registered prices not tell you?

A registered amount is the price of one sale. The column list on 9 October 2026 had no field for the home's condition, its view or its floor.

Registration type separates ready homes from off-plan sales. Off-plan means sold before the building is finished. Ready and off-plan prices describe different homes, so one is not the price of the other.

The Area filter uses DLD's own area names. Keyva's areas page, read 9 October 2026, lists Dubai Marina as officially Marsa Dubai. DLD's e-services include a service that lists areas whose names have changed (read 9 October 2026).

Keyva's own pages

Keyva shows registered sale prices by area, project and building, with the period each figure covers. Its how we compare page explains the method. Its areas page gives each area's typical price per sq ft for the 30 days to 7 October 2026. The asking vs actual page sets developers' advertised prices beside sales recorded in the 24 months to 7 October 2026.

Keyva is independent and is not part of, or endorsed by, the Dubai Land Department.
